Hi Eileen, this is Joey from Virginia. We have a long history with our 16 CILs assisting our customers with application assistance. We call it consumer counseling. It is intended for folks who have difficulties completing the app and we ask the peer counselor to email me for pre approval. We reimburse the CIL up to 4 hours for their assistance at the Rehab. Services rate for peer counseling. To be reimbursed we must receive a complete application and it must go to loan committee, regardless of decision. It is very helpful to both parties and not utilized as much as you might expect. I can email you the guidelines, just send me a request at
