Introduction
The 56 Statewide Assistive Technology Programs are funded under the Assistive Technology Act of 1998, as amended. Each statewide program is required to submit a state plan which describes the activities that are planned for the upcoming three-year period. This Chartbook is a compilation of the information on State Level Activities from the State Plans (Form 664) that were submitted to the Rehabilitation Services Administration's Management Information System for the fiscal years 2009-2011. It was downloaded on July 31, 2009. States are able to amend the plans. Information about any amendments submitted after July 31, 2009 is not included in this edition of the Chartbook.
